The Queen's Summer & Part-Time Opportunities Fair connects employers with students seeking summer work, May start internships, and part-time employment opportunities for both the summer and the academic year. Many students attend the event eager to explore their options, and to learn how their skills, ideas, and talents can benefit your organization.

Executive Sponsorship Package (6 available)

  • Early Bird - $1,350 + HST 
  • Regular - $1,600 + HST

Package Includes:

  • 2 - 6' tables with preferred booth placement and expanded presence for up to 4 representatives
    • Access to power for your booth
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*
  • Special recognition in the Summer & Part-Time Opportunities Fair guide
  • Minimum 1 Instagram post on the Queen's Career Services page thanking your company for their sponsorship
  • Unlimited complimentary Featured Job Postings on MyCareer job board for 2025/2026 academic year

Recruitment Package

  • Early Bird - $650 + HST 
  • Regular - $850 + HST 

Package Includes: 

  • 1 - 6' table for up to 3 representatives**
    • Option to request electricity at booth, based on availability
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*
  • 4 complimentary Featured Job postings on Queen's MyCareer job board for 2025/2026 academic year
    • Includes 1 Instagram post per Featured Job Posting

Table Only Package

  • Early Bird - $500 + HST 
  • Regular - $650 + HST 

Package Includes:

  • 1 - 6' table for up to 3 representatives**
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*

NPOs & Canadian Government Package

  • Early Bird - $400 + HST 
  • Regular - $500 + HST  

Package Includes:

  • 1 - 6' table for up to 3 representatives**
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*

Note: Government booths will be in proximity to each other within the event space

*Special note about parking on campus:

Parking passes are provided, but availability of parking spots, and locations, is not guaranteed. Parking on and around Queen's University campus is extremely limited, and we encourage our visitors to carpool or use alternative transportation methods whenever possible.  
 

**Special note about attending representatives:

Packages, with the exception of Sponsorship packages, include a maximum of 3 representatives. If you wish to bring more than 3 representatives, please contact qocr@queensu.ca. Requests will be reviewed based on venue capacity. If approved, $50 per additional representative will be invoiced to you after the event.
