This event connects Engineering and Technology-focused employers with Queen's University's much sought-after engineering and computing students. Over 1,300 students attended the January 2025 event, eager to discuss internships and post-graduate positions.

Executive Sponsorship Package (6 available)

  • Early Bird - $2,700 + HST 
  • Regular - $3,000 + HST

Package Includes:

  • 2 - 6' tables with preferred booth placement and expanded presence for up to 4 representatives
    • Access to power for your booth
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*

Career & Resume Advising Cafe Sponsorship Package (1 package available)

  • Early Bird - $2,400 + HST 
  • Regular - $2,900 + HST

Package Includes:

  • Presenting sponsorship of the Career Advising Café, which provides onsite one-on-one resume review, career coaching and advising to students at the fair
  • 1 - 6' table in prime "End Cap" location for up to 3 representatives
    • Access to power for your booth
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*
  • Special recognition in Engineering & Technology Fair guide
  • Minimum 1 Instagram post on the Queen's Career Services page thanking your company for their sponsorship

Recruitment Package

  • Early Bird - $1,100 + HST 
  • Regular - $1,400 + HST

Table Only Package

  • Early Bird - $900 + HST 
  • Regular - $1,100 + HST 

Package Includes:

  • 1 - 6' table for up to 3 representatives**

NPOs & Canadian Government Package

  • Early Bird - $500 + HST 
  • Regular - $650 + HST  

Package Includes:

  • 1 x 6' table for up to 3 representatives**
    • Light breakfast and lunch
    • Parking pass*

Note: Government booths will be in proximity to each other within the event space

*Special note about parking on campus:

Parking passes are provided, but availability of parking spots, and locations, is not guaranteed. Parking on and around Queen's University campus is extremely limited, and we encourage our visitors to carpool or use alternative transportation methods whenever possible.  
 

**Special note about attending representatives:

Packages, with the exception of Sponsorship packages, include a maximum of 3 representatives. If you wish to bring more than 3 representatives, please contact qocr@queensu.ca. Requests will be reviewed based on venue capacity. If approved, $50 per additional representative will be invoiced to you after the event.
